Shipping policy

Processing Times are generally 5-7 days.

I am a single person small business owner and I don't keep every single size and color in stock.

Because of this, I may need to order your products before designing them. 

In this case, it may take up to 15 days.

Once I make the items I will ship them through a trusted shipping provider & update your order with a tracking number.

Shipping usually takes about 3-6 days to arrive to the customers residence.

Once the items are out of my hands and have shipped, it’s up to the shipping provider on how fast they get the items to you.

Please use the tracking number provided with your order to track your package.

If an items are returned for a wrong address, insufficient address, or return to sender, the buyer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

These must be paid before I reship your package.

No refunds will be issued for wrong addresses. 

If you notice your address was inputted wrong, please email us ASAP at support@immenselove1434.com before you order ships.
